A surprisingly good find! The location is fantastic, right by a subway station and numerous dining options. The staff is genuinely friendly and accommodating. Facilities include a heated pool and fitness center. My Superior King Room was clean and well-equipped.

It was at the highest level.

Very expensive food... Breakfast 1500₽ per person... This is unacceptable.

the breakfast was free and tasty, the check in was friendly. we stayed in a fairly quiet and luxurious room with large comfortable bed, and thoroughly enjoyed it. this hotel was set in a central area near to the shanghay center and china over 30 times.

The gym facilities were comprehensive, and the nearby shops made grabbing snacks super easy. Loved the spacious room and amenities!

Great experience, the hotel is excellent with favourable location close to metro station. The breakfast is tasty and great, includes a wide array of meals.

For a stay at the Pudong-side it's a good choice. Price/Quality is ok. Staff and service is perfect

It is hard to find I recommend a illuminated sign to the facade on the Dongfang Road-side.

The Holiday Inn provided a comfortable stay with a clean room with a spacious workspace. The staff were efficient, especially in assisting with my business needs. Breakfast included a variety of options. The location was convenient for accessing the expo centre, and the express check-out process was smooth.

WiFi was slow and limited channels on TV.

Room temp troubles

I spent 3 nights here and honestly, the A/C was a nightmare! I was sweating buckets coz it wouldn't cool down, even with the windows open. On a good note, the bar area looked chill but the prices were way too high for a lame atmosphere. Definitely need to fix that air conditioning!

The hotel itself is comfortable and placed in a good area.

The problem was. that the real price for hotel was different to the price on a website. I had to pay 1.5 times more money for hotel cause there was no mention about taxes and some other service needed. So next time i want to see the price on the site the same as i will pay in the hotel. Or i will chose another service/hotel.

Quiet place

The rate was change during three days of my visit.

The staff at holiday inn were amazing, especially ms selena. She was professional yet had a friendly personality, made my mornings brighter. The location was convenient. The room wassuper clean and cozy, just what I needed as a solo traveler.

The bellboy is very much kindly and helpful. He brought the good impression to stay at this hotel.

Old facility. Bus tab was half bring Jen and the water curtain was stinky.

I appreciated the thoughtful design of the hotel. The warm lighting and elegant decor.

Improve staff language skills for better communication.

lots of cable vision tv program choice, complement to coffee house staff Anna services, and patience to listen.

1. bath room and shower head in badly condition. 2. curtain quality and detail of housing messy, 3. the room has poor fresh air exchange by the air condition system. 4. Breakfast choice and quality is bad.
